Tips for early detection of cancer due to body changes

☆★○●◎ 2021. 1. 7. 22:09

According to changes in mortality rates by major causes of death since 2008, cancer has been steadily increasing while recording a risk rate more than double that of other causes of death. However, in the era of 'long life with disease', cancer became a disease that could be overcome in many ways through early detection and management. Consider the following example and find the initial symptoms sensitively and overcome the death rate No. 1 cancer.

1. Lung cancer

Lung cancer, which is considered the disease that causes the most patients to die, is diagnosed with lung cancer with about 15% of patients without symptoms. It is a disease that is difficult to detect in the early stages, but it can also be caused by symptoms such as coughing, weight loss, difficulty breathing, chest pain, blood clots, and hoarse voices. Early symptoms of lung cancer are more than one in 75% of patients. People who smoke often or have been exposed to the risk of second-hand smoke for a long time should head straight to the hospital.

2. Liver cancer

The risk of liver cancer increases significantly when liver destruction and regeneration continues through chronic hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and continuous excessive drinking. Cancer is often found by regular tests without any symptoms, but it is not difficult to recognize it in the early stages. If a lump is touched in the upper right abdomen where the liver is located, the disease should be suspected, and if liver cancer spreads quickly, pain may occur. Notable early symptoms include "hwangdal," which turns the whites of the face and eyes yellow, and it is also necessary to pay attention to the unprovoked "lack of appetite" or "lose weight."

3. stomach cancer

Gastric cancer varies from person to person, with severe pain or no symptoms at all. Gastric cancer, which has many common symptoms in everyday life, often feels "poor digestion, heartburn, gastritis, discomfort in the upper abdomen," or pain. If a healthy adult suddenly loses his appetite, loses weight, and continues indigestion, he or she should undergo a checkup.

4. Colon cancer

Colon cancer, which is considered to be the main cause of excessive meat consumption or high-fat meals, can reduce the frequency of occurrence by increasing calcium intake and vitamin D concentration. It is often found in occupations where physical activity is not active, and colon cancer early on shows symptoms of "anemia," " diarrhea," or " constipation," and "job bleeding" where blood comes from the anus. Remember that blood often appears in bright red or black when bleeding, and that you often feel tired or powerless.

5. Pancreatic cancer

If jaundice, abdominal pain, indigestion, and weight loss continue for no reason, you should suspect pancreatic cancer. If you lose weight and control your sugar even if you don't do diet, and you continue to lose weight, so if you suspect diabetes, you should get a related test. A clear correlation with diabetes is not yet known, but studies show that 60 to 81 percent of pancreatic cancer patients have diabetes. In particular, pancreatic cancer needs to be checked in parallel with CT or MRI scans as it is too small in size and difficult to find due to the gas in the intestines.

6. Breast cancer

No exact cause of breast cancer, but the longer the female hormone estrogen is exposed, the higher the risk for women who have experienced menstruation for a long time due to early onset and late menopause if they have no experience of giving birth or breastfeeding. The most common symptoms that about 70% experience are breast masses that are touched in the breast, and there are also "nipple secretion, skin ulcers, armpit masses, and calcified lesions." Breast cancer has a five-year survival rate of nearly 100 percent for stage 0 cancer, but the fourth stage has sharply decreased to 20 percent, underscoring the need for early detection. If you have symptoms and family history, it is recommended to do mammography using X-ray and mammogram at the same time.

7. Prostate cancer

It is a type of cancer that is rapidly increasing in Korea due to malignant tumors that occur in the prostate. Along with chemicals such as hormones, eating habits, and herbicides, a family history similar to breast cancer is cited as the main cause. Prostate cancer is in many cases a cancer that progresses without symptoms and is likely to become more serious, and the most common method is to "promote" the prostate by putting a finger in the anus. It is recommended to promote it on a regular basis once a year, but the risk of developing cancer is high if solid lumps are found. If the disease progresses, it is recommended to head to the hospital as soon as possible if it is passed without being detected by facilitation because of acute urination, hematuria, urinary incontinence, and spinal pressure, which prevents urine from being blocked. The reason why early detection of cancer is difficult is because the cells in our bodies turn slightly malignant. If the above symptoms are found, it is recommended to identify family history and environmental factors and undergo an examination.
